By creating an account or using Mendalia (web, iOS, Android), you confirm you are a registered, licensed healthcare professional in your jurisdiction and agree to these Terms.
Mendalia is a clinical decision support tool. It is not a diagnostic device. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.
The platform provides: clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis suggestions; AI-generated documentation including SOAP notes and letters; multilingual consultation transcription; medication considerations; investigation planning; imaging and document upload for contextual analysis; and case discussion AI support.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified, registered healthcare professional licensed in your jurisdiction. Use by unqualified individuals for medical decision-making is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@mendalia.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: use Mendalia for unlawful purposes; input patient data without appropriate consent; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; use Mendalia to create competing products; share account credentials; or use the platform in a manner that could endanger patient safety.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

We do not use identifiable patient data to train AI models. We never sell, share, or monetise patient data.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@mendalia.com. We respond within 30 days.
Clinical safety is not a disclaimer. It is the foundation of how Mendalia is designed, built, and deployed.
Mendalia is a clinical decision support (CDS) tool. It is not a diagnostic device, not a medical device under the Therapeutic Goods Act (Australia), and not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
AI systems can and do make errors. Always: apply your own clinical judgment to all AI-generated suggestions; cross-reference with established clinical guidelines for critical decisions; never use AI output as the sole basis for urgent clinical decisions without verification; be especially cautious in paediatric, obstetric, and time-critical emergency contexts.
Qualified, registered healthcare professionals only. Use by unqualified individuals for self-diagnosis is explicitly not supported.
Mendalia AI is currently not registered as a medical device with the TGA or equivalent bodies. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Do not use Mendalia as the primary decision-making tool in acute resuscitation or time-critical emergencies where delay could be life-threatening. Standard emergency protocols must take precedence.

This Data Processing Agreement applies where you input patient data into Mendalia as part of your clinical workflow.
You (the clinician or organisation) are the data controller. Sirohi Corporation Pty Ltd is the data processor, processing patient data on your behalf and under your instruction only.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting patient data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware.
Upon account termination or at your request, we will securely delete all patient data processed on your behalf within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
We design with reference to the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR (EU/UK users), and HIPAA (US users). We are actively working towards formal certification.
